Montgomery McCracken Attorneys Set To Speak on Sports Law Issues at Villanova Law Event on Oct. 2

On Wednesday, October 2, four attorneys from Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, Steven Pachman, Dylan Henry, Kimberly Sachs, and Kacie Kergides, will be presenting before Villanova Law’s Sports Law Society.

Beginning at noon in room 102, the attorneys will discuss recent legal issues affecting sports and the law, including chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), second impact syndrome, the evolving standard of care in sports-injury negligence lawsuits, and other hot legal topics.  The attorneys will also touch on some of their current collaborations with national sports organizations and entities, as well as their ongoing representations in high-profile matters.
