Porter Wright Partner Brings His Sports Law Practice to Amundsen Davis

Amundsen Davis LLC, a leading Midwest law firm, has announced that Luke A. Fedlam has joined the firm as partner in its Entertainment, Sports & Media Service Group.
The firm contends Fedlam’s “deep understanding of the intersection of corporate law and the sports industry will enhance the firm’s already-significant practice in entertainment and media law.
“Fedlam guides businesses, executives, and athletes through the complexities of corporate and sports law, ensuring they are protected, empowered, and prepared for success. Whether advising a company on an acquisition or helping a professional athlete negotiate an endorsement deal, Fedlam’s approach is objective, client-centric, and business-minded. He prioritizes education, risk mitigation, and long-term growth to help clients across industries maximize opportunities and secure their futures.”
Recognized for his work in name, image, and likeness (NIL), Fedlam is co-founder and managing partner of ADVANCE, an NIL education company. He is co-founder and president of Anomaly Sports Group, which connects young athletes with industry leaders to plan for success after sports, and co-executive director of the College Basketball Parents Association.
Amundsen Davis entered the Ohio market in January 2024 through a combination with the storied Columbus firm Crabbe, Brown & James. This strategic expansion strengthened the firm’s regional presence, now comprising more than 240 attorneys across 12 offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio.
Prior to joining Amundsen Davis, Fedlam was a partner at Porter Wright. He earned degrees from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Wake Forest University.
