Goldberg Joins ArentFox Schiff’s Sports Group

Rebecca (Becky) Darin Goldberg has joined ArentFox Schiff’s nationally recognized team of sports lawyers.
Building on her experience advising sports and gaming clients on investigations, regulatory matters, and complex litigation, Goldberg said she is “eager to expand into transactional work supporting clients across high-value sponsorships, naming rights, and strategic commercial agreements, as well as team- and league-level investments and deals.”
Goldberg was previously a senior associate in WilmerHale’s New York office, where she helped launch the firm’s Sports and Gaming Practice. There, she specifically focused on government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex litigation, as well as advising clients in the sports, gaming, and sports betting industries.
Before joining WilmerHale, Goldberg clerked for Judge Kimba M. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Michael J. Garcia of the New York Court of Appeals.
She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Tufts University.
