Sports Lawyer Brian Nolasco Joins College as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance

Le Moyne College has appointed Brian Nolasco, who holds a law degree from Marquette University Law School, as assistant athletic director for NCAA compliance.
Nolasco joins Le Moyne following three and a half years at Central Michigan University, where he served as senior associate athletic director of institutional support services. In that role, he oversaw compliance, academics, financial aid and career services, while ensuring adherence to NCAA, conference and institutional regulations. He also held sport oversight responsibilities for multiple programs.
His background includes five years at University of Southern Mississippi, where he advanced through several compliance roles, ultimately serving as assistant athletic director for compliance. During that time, he gained experience managing compliance operations and supporting institutional adherence to NCAA legislation.
Nolasco began his career as a volunteer compliance assistant at Bradley University and completed an internship with University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, building a foundation in compliance and athletics administration.
At Le Moyne, he will be responsible for overseeing the institution’s NCAA compliance program, ensuring that coaches, staff and student-athletes operate within applicable rules and regulations as the college continues to compete at the Division I level.
A former student-athlete, Nolasco played baseball at Coe College, where he also briefly competed in football and earned academic all-conference honors.
