Alexandra Chamberlin Joins CCHA

CCHA announced that Alex Chamberlin has become a member of the firm’s Sports, Higher Education, and Business Services practice groups. Her practice focuses on advising clients on NCAA compliance and infractions, Title IX gender equity reviews, and navigating the evolving NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) landscape. She also assists clients with business sale and purchase agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation, and trademark registration and enforcement.

“We are excited to have Alex join our team,” said Sports Law Partner and Founder, Kelleigh Fagan. “As a recent former student-athlete, Alex can provide a unique perspective that will be a benefit to our clients as she assists in navigating the difficult issues in today’s landscape of collegiate athletics. We are looking forward to the impact she will have on our team and the clients we serve.”

Chamberlin graduated summa cum laude from Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology and was a member of the NCAA Division III softball team, before moving on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
