Kate Porter Joins Bay FC as General Counsel

Kate Porter, a long-time partner at Vela Wood, has joined Bay FC, as the professional women’s socker club’s first general counsel.

“My time at Vela Wood has been immensely rewarding, and I have been lucky to work with an incredible group of attorneys and support staff,” Porter said. “Bay is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, and I look forward to helping contribute to its success.
