Proskauer Provides Legal Counsel to the Big 12 Conference on Media Rights Agreements with ESPN and Fox

Proskauer has announced that it provided legal counsel to the Big 12 Conference, one of the nation’s premier college athletic conferences, on the recently executed agreements for the extension of its media rights partnerships with ESPN and Fox. The agreements will run through the 2030-31 season. 

“This deal not only provides stability for the Big 12 in years to come, but it creates a strong foundation for future growth and innovation,” said Commissioner Brett Yormark.
