Vasiliauskas focuses his practice in the areas of Business, Labor/Employment and Sports Law.
With regard to the latter, he has built and manages the firm’s Sports Law practice from scratch. Vasiliauskas has experience representing athletes against the United States Anti-Doping Agency and U.S. Center for SafeSport. In addition, he has represented sports agents in their legal disputes, and helped agents prepare for contract negotiations with professional sports teams through both salary arbitration and free agency.
Vasiliauskas also has also represented several entities within the sports space, negotiating agreements with professional sports leagues, and major apparel brands. As a former general counsel of a sports agency, he brings a unique skill set to the table, which allows him to effectively represent his clients throughout the sports business.
Vasiliauskas received his JD from Valparaiso University Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Loras College.
