Seton Hall Law School to Host CLE Monday on Women in the Sports Workplace

Seton Hall Law School will host a CLE on Monday, November 21, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST on Women in the Sports Workplace.

Calling a Foul: The Safety & Treatment of Women in the Sports Workplace
Everyday there seems to be more news being reported about failures in the safety and treatment of women in the sports workplace. Whether as employees, professionals entering this space as journalists or service providers, or as athletes themselves, the recent history of misconduct, mistreatment, and denial of fault has put so many at risk. This is a joint legal, equitable, and business issue, for every entity involved in sports. How can we respectively call out this behavior, make sports workplaces safer for women, and ensure the safety of the people who play the games. How can sports leagues and teams recover from this process through transparency and accountability?
